End of Life doula
Planning
Planning for your end of life journey can help to reduce overwhelm and increase your sense of empowerment within the process. Learn about your options so that you can make informed decisions about your care, your death and what happens after you die. This will also help support your family and friends, by relieving them of the heaviness of decisions at a time when they may be grieving.

Vigils
I will support you and your circle to hold vigil both during your end of life journey and after your death. I will coordinate equipment as needed, help with visitors and provide counselling support throughout.
How do we begin?
Ideally, the best way to begin the process of working together is for us to have an initial discussion so that we can explore what your needs are and whether you'd like to engage my services. We can do this online or if you are on the Sunshine Coast, I will visit you at your home or hospice.
If you decide to proceed, I'll give you an agreement to sign and you'll choose which support package you'd like to invest in. The time that I spend supporting you will then be deducted from your support package.
Emotional Support
I will be your "end of life" companion, holding space for you to process your emotions, thoughts, desires and fears. As a qualified Counsellor, I'm able to offer emotional support in a compassionate, grounded and non-judgemental way. This will allow you the opportunity to navigate your experience while receiving empathetic support for you and your family.
