Sally Douglas and Imogen Carn host a great podcast about grief called Good Mourning and they also have an excellent book by the same name. The podcast features guest speakers about grief and offers a way to connect with other grievers through shared stories and coping tools.
Megan Devine's book, 'It's OK that you're not ok', helped change the narrative about grief and grief support. Megan’s book also offers some great suggestions for how grieving people can care for themselves as they navigate the various effects that grief has on their lives, as well as ideas for how to support a loved one who is grieving.
