Death and Grief Doula

As a Death and Grief Doula, I walk alongside people and families who are preparing for end of life or have experienced the loss of someone.
My role is to listen with compassion, offer a supportive presence and help you feel informed, prepared and empowered.
I'm based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and offer home and hospice visits as well as online sessions.
I'm here to support you through life's most difficult times. Michelle xx
End of Life Support
My end of life doula support is for people who are approaching the end of their life due to age or illness. I provide guidance, education, advocacy, empowerment and support with end of life planning, advance care documents, navigating treatment options for life-limiting or terminal illness, living wakes, legacy projects, home care and vigils, funeral preparations and memorials. I'll visit you in your home, hospice or palliative care unit to provide practical and emotional support to you and your family during your end of life journey.
If someone you care for has died, you might be feeling a deep sense of sadness, confusion, overwhelm, anger and a range of other emotions. While grief is a normal human experience, it can be extremely painful, complex and difficult to navigate. Grief can impact you in many ways and you may feel like no one really understands. You don't need to go through this alone. If you'd like to be supported through your grief and explore how to cope with what you are going through, I'm here for you.
